Petrol Pump Customer

The customer had three petrol pumps and two offices, he was using remote viewing to check on all his DVR’s however it was very difficult for him to know if the recording and camera’s at all places are recording properly, He did not have the time to monitor my camera’s all the time. Many a times there were instances when camera or the DVR’s were not working properly or the recording was not done at all. He used to send an employee who went to all the petrol pumps regularly to check whether the camera’s and DVR’s were recording perfectly.

Solution :

Our premium service gave him the mobility and freedom to do his work instead of monitoring his CCTV Camera’s all the time. Our system allowed him to take periodic snaps of all his locations while the pictures were saved on our servers for him to review whenever he wanted. Our System allowed him to check on all his DVR’s and Camera’s periodically and sent him alarms for anything out of place.

Result :

The staff is now doing their regular work while Periodic snaps and health of all DVR’s are monitored and stored on our server’s allowing the client to view these reports all together whenever it was needed.

Multi Branch Company

A major Currier agency with about 150 outlets and having about 1200 camera’s across India were finding that their CCTV systems had some issues or other, and when an incident happened they discovered that the CCTV Systems were either not working or there was no recording of the incident because of faulty CCTV maintenance. They had Maintenance contract with various vendors at different locations and not all were competent enough or were not able to check their systems regularly. While all Local outlets had their managers and most were not aware about the CCTV status and the pertaining security risks This meant that they were always venerable and being left with potential Security and Safety risks even after having maintenance contracts.

Solution :

RHMS services allows the formation of user’s and groups for local and group viewing. Local manager’s were now able to check their systems with a click of a button. Also area manager’s had access to various branches and their DVR’s which they were able to access anywhere. They were now able to get all details of all their DVR’s all on one page.
Our system were able to checkCCTV systems for faults,,NetworkFailure,VideoLoss,Camera Channel Monitoring,Hard Disk Failure,Invalid date and Time.,operationalissues,and tampering.
As part of this solution, the dependency on maintenance personnel is thus reduced considerably.

Result :

The Clients are now fully aware of the status of their CCTV systems, and when faults are detected, the system alerts them and they accordingly notify the maintenance personnel and get the CCTV fixed quickly and efficiently. Thus instances when they require DVR recordings are available without any fear of DVR’s being inoperable and gives the client the reassurance that their CCTV systems being operating when they are needed most.
